Return Policy

At Naturpurgeia, we take pride in the quality of our herbal tea products and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from our leaf collection. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return herbal tea products purchased through naturpurgeia.world and the process for obtaining refunds or exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused herbal tea products in their original sealed packaging within thirty days of the delivery date. Products eligible for return include our Chamomile Sunset Blend, Peppermint Grove Mix, Lavender Meadow Blend, and any future blends offered in our leaf collection. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging
  • The return must be initiated within thirty calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt number
  • The product must not show signs of tampering, damage caused by the customer, or exposure to moisture or contaminants
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for return under the same conditions, with refunds issued at the actual purchase price

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used packages of herbal tea blends
  • Products with broken seals or damaged inner packaging
  • Custom or personalized blend orders prepared specifically at your request
  • Products that have been stored improperly or exposed to conditions that compromise quality
  • Digital products, including downloadable brewing guides, if applicable
  • Gift cards or store credit, if offered

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund regardless of whether the package has been opened, provided you supply photographic evidence of the issue.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process for your herbal tea purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the name of the herbal tea product you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  • Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and detailed return shipping instructions from our team
  • Pack the product securely in its original outer packaging, including all included materials such as brewing guide cards
  • Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email using a trackable shipping method

Returns sent without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number may experience significant processing delays or may not be accepted. Please do not send products back to our facility without prior authorization from Naturpurgeia.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product because it was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Naturpurgeia will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, including change of mind or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return has been processed and your refund issued.

Naturpurgeia is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit when shipped by the customer. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned herbal tea product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds include the product purchase price but do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during shipping. Any promotional discounts applied to the original order will be reflected in the refund amount. Sales tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable state tax regulations.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one herbal tea blend for another from our leaf collection, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement product is priced differently from the original purchase, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly. Exchange requests follow the same eligibility requirements as returns, and the product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every herbal tea order before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within seven days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number and date of delivery
  • Photographs showing the damage to the product or packaging
  • A description of the issue, including which items were affected or incorrectly shipped

Upon verification, we will ship a replacement product at no additional charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at your preference. You may be asked to return the damaged or incorrect product using a prepaid label provided by Naturpurgeia.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as processing times vary by financial institution
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and return authorization details

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your herbal tea order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

10. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Return policies for wholesale and bulk herbal tea orders may differ from our standard consumer policy. Wholesale customers should refer to their specific agreement with Naturpurgeia or contact our business team for return terms applicable to their account. Standard wholesale return windows and restocking fees, if applicable, will be outlined in the wholesale agreement.

11. Policy Changes

Naturpurgeia reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Returns initiated before a policy change will be processed under the terms in effect at the time of the original purchase.
